GAC ATBs for Your Gaseous Solutions
Our actuator throttle body (ATB) features a spring return butterfly valve for safety, a maintenance-free design with precision bearings and min-max travel adjusting screws—making it the perfect solution for use in the harshest environments.
The ATB Series integral throttle body electric actuators are designed to control the air or air/fuel mixture to gaseous-fueled engines with a conventional fuel mixer.
Features:
- Cost-effective, maintenance-free, compact design
- Rapid response to transient load condition
- Sealed to 5.0 bar (Non-CSA)
- Mounts in any position; no mechanical linkage, no mounting brackets
- Flexible design for engine, manifold and fuel mixer considerations
- Idle and max adjustment screws
- Optimal for high temperature and corrosive environmental conditions
Our ATBs are available in a host of bore sizes to fit most engines, from 25 mm to 95 mm. |

Tech Tip
ATB Best Mounting Practices
Rigidly mount the actuator between the engine’s intake manifold and the gas mixer. The preferred mounting orientation for the GAC ATB Series is with the throttle shaft parallel to the engine crankshaft, but it can be mounted in any orientation. As a result, normal vibration from the engine will not affect the operation of the actuator. |
